Publicity Form

Intended for: Literature Affiliates who would like to request publicity for events, publications, awards, etc.

If you are a Literature Faculty member requesting Funding for this event, please also fill out the Lecture Funding Form.

In accordance with campus branding guidelines, our department now has a template email for advertising events. If you include a flyer with your submission below, we will attach that flyer to the email.

NOTE: Expect a processing time of two business days for publicity requests. Do not submit requests for events happening today or tomorrow. Publicity form submissions will each prompt one email announcement. Please plan accordingly.
